2025 Festival of Trees Family Raffle

1. Tickets

Tickets may be sold and purchased only in Alberta.

Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.

2. 50/50

1 for $10.00; 100 tickets
3 for $25.00; 600 tickets
5 for $30.00; 500 tickets
10 for $40.00; 2750 tickets

The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

Maximum 50/50 payout will be $10,000.00.

4. Important Dates & Draw Information

Deadline
Final ticket sales deadline: November 30, 2025 at 8:00:00 p.m. MST

Draw
50/50 draw: December 1, 2025 at 10:00:00 a.m. MST
Prize Raffle draw: December 1, 2025 at 10:00:00 a.m. MST

If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

Draw will be held at Grande Prairie Regional Hospital Foundation Office

The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.

Winners will be posted online at https://festivaloftreesgp.rafflenexus.com/winners on December 1, 2025.

5. Winner

Winner will be contacted by phone by the Grande Prairie Regional Hospital Foundation.

Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Grande Prairie Regional Hospital Foundation or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

6. Privacy

Grande Prairie Regional Hospital Foundation does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

7. Complaints

Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: brooke.beaulieu@ahs.ca. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

8. Other

Please email our team at brooke.beaulieu@ahs.ca should you require a refund for any ticket purchases or would like to issue a complaint, and we would be happy to assist you.
